Im late to the punch, but I still wanted to make a lucky star fan site!
Lucky Star is a popular slice of life anime that features the lives of mainly 4 enigmatic girls and the shenanigans they get into in their everyday life.
The arguably most famous of the bunch is featured in the header, Konata. She is a mega weeb and strangely physically gifted girl with a totally unbothered personality, much to the amazment of her friends. There are many other characters but I especially like Konata's humor and her take on being a nerd. Maybe ill write about that on my blog lol. Anyways, watch Lucky Star!
About the show
I gave a short synopsis above, but the main point is that this is a comedy slice of life anime. The weeb subculture in Japan is referenced often so I almost feel that should be a point as well. But the show is those things alone, comedy, slice of life, and weeb references. It doesnt sound like much, but this show is gold.
The show is relatively short with only one season, though there is a spin off. There is a manga as well, which is much longer. I enjoy the manga too, but I experienced the anime first so I always the manga as scenes in the show. Both are really good either way!
