The Aeneid by Virgil and The Ode Less Travelled by Stephen Fry.
I actually read the Odyssey in addition to the Iliad recently, and I was watching a youtube analysis by a guy named Zachary May. I really enjoyed the Iliad and Odyssey, especially the feel they had. I had a very hard time getting into them until halfway through, but once they neared the climax I had a hard time puting them down. Zachary Mays awesome insight also was extremely interesting and was a huge help to actually understanding the story. Also read the Old Man and the Sea, sort of the same deal but I was able to enjoy the beginning much more in comparison to the Iliad and Odyssey. As for the Ode Less Travelled, my grandpa wrote poetry and as I read it I feel like I want to as well, so I tried to find a book that will teach me. The Ode Less Travelled is phenomenal, it explains structure and style without boring you to death and the exercises are actually extremely fun. If feels fun and effortless to follow along, if you want to write poetry then I higly recomend! Ive been reading through it for awhile now, just really absorbing it as I go. Very cool!

Twin peaks
Ive always been a fan of aliens and supernatural stuff, and I recently got X files season one on dvd so ive been watching that. Ive heard people like Twin Peaks for similar reasons so ive started it as well. X files is goated, and I like Twin peaks so far.
Anything Medieval and leatherworking
For whatever reason ive really gotten into medieval stuff, whether the lives of monks, armor and arms, the art, architecture, philosophy, whatever. There was much more complexity and vibrancy to medieval life than I wouldve expected, so it feels like a treasure trove to dive into. I really want to go to a renfaire or something but im so busy with studying and have no one to go with so rip. Also ive gotten into leatherworking, Ive made the notebook covers, belt pocket knife sheaths, belts, ect. Its suprisingly easy to pick up and really rewards you when you plan. If you ignore the reddit vets and use cheap leather to experiment you can get a lot out of it.
Still an evil little critter does flips and cannonballs everywhere. She has recently taken up meowing loud as hell. She'll just plant herself in some hallway or room and scream her head off for no reason, I can clean her box, fill her food and water, play with her for an hour, and she'll just go back to screaming. She'll even go inbetween my bed and the wall just to do this, she isnt stuck since she'll pop out if I try and save her. Such a strange cat.
